Research Direction: Power Electronics

Dr. Deng received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou, China, in 2019, and completed his Ph.D. in electrical engineering at Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2024. Since 2024, he has been a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His current research focuses on power electronics and advanced control algorithms.

Junming ZENG

Mr. Zeng received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and automation from the School of Automation, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2020, M.Sc. degree in power engineering from NTU, Singapore, in 2021, and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the NTU, Singapore, in 2024. He is currently working as a Research Associate at the same research lab. His current research interests include emerging wireless power transfer technologies.

Heshou WANG

Dr. Wang received his M.Sc. degree and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, in 2018 and 2022, respectively. From 2018 to 2019, he was a research assistant at the Department of Electrical Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he is currently a postdoctoral fellow. He serves as the Associate Editor for Wireless Power Transfer. His main research interests include applied electromagnetics, wireless power transfer, and electric vehicles.

Xi HE

Research Direction: Synchrophasor Measurement, Distribution Grid Automation

 

Prof. Xi He received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering and automation from Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China in 2009, and the M.S. degree in software engineering from Zhejiang University in 2011. In 2019, he received the Ph.D. degree from Hunan University in electric engineering. He is currently an associate professor with Hunan Institute of Technology, Hengyang, Hunan. His research interests include synchrophasor measurement and distribution grid automation.

Huimin WANG

Research Direction: Resilience of Power System, Data-Driven Security Assessment

Prof. Huimin Wang received her M.S. degree and Ph.D. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in mechanical engineering in 2018 and 2022, respectively. She is currently an associate professor with Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Dr. Wang serves as Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Reliability. Her research interests include resilience of power system with high wind penetration, data-driven security assessment and control approaches of power systems.
